At Union Binding Co., we stand behind the quality of our gear and want to ensure you have the perfect setup for your next session. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the bindings or accessories you wish to return.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided to ensure your gear is tracked and insured during transit.

• 3.
  Pack the Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original Union box, including all mounting hardware and documentation, then affix the return label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop the package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
